There are no hard and fast rules to build a layered look. You have to trust your instinct
and experiment with what works best for you. When you feel like there's nothing to wear, try have a look at some fashion community website like lookbook.nu, style.com, pinterest, or even those fashion bloggers who blog about their daily look. I do it all the time just to draw some inspiration and trust me this really helps make the
most out of my old pieces! Sometimes you just
have to put every piece together in order to see if all layers
compliment each other perfectly. Yes, it takes courage and time but it wroth trying!
Anyhow, I would say constructing a layered look
absolutely a fun clever way to freshen up anybody's wardrobe and challenges your creativity which allows you to
restyle your old clothes or something you forgot you even had and mix them up in new
unexpected ways!

today's layered look inspired by Prada runway fall 2013 collection. I
am wearing zara camel cardigan under a belted blue tie dye dress, one
side asymmetrically falling lower to the
floor, worn withMelissa navy wedges with double row of stud
embellishments.
The Highly anticipated film adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald's novel "The Great Gatsby" had hit the theatres in Thailand last Thursday!! I too look forward to watch the movie! As I love this novel so much and I have been a huge fan of
Baz Luhrmann since he directed Romeo+Juliet in 1996; and last but most important, I have long been obsessed with 20's fashion!! I even dream of having a 20's revival themed wedding...how about that ?! lol
Talking about fashion in the film, Oscar winning costume designer, Catherine Martin has teamed up with Miuccia Prada to create 20's inspired costumes for The Great Gatsby. Those gorgeous drop waist flapper dresses with intricate beaded, fringe, feather, and sequin detailing. Not to mention pearl necklace and others sparkly accessories and head pieces<3 Seriously, I never get bored talking about romantic fashion in the Jazz era. Although we do not really celebrate Christmas in Thailand, it's always
been one of my favourite holiday of the year! During this time of the
year, I like to get myself into the Christmas spirit by put on Christmas
playlist, watch Christmas film, give a gift to my loved ones, dress up
in Christmasy red and green, see the twinkle
lights and Christmas decorations along the street and shopping malls, and dinner with family.
These little things bring such warm and cozy feeling that can easily put a smile on my face! Today I have came across some of the holiday fashion editorials and covers from Vogue, which I think will lift up your hearts and put you in the Christmasy mood!
