Old But New

 There are no hard and fast rules to build a layered look. You have to trust your instinct and experiment with what works best for you. When you feel like there's nothing to wear, try have a look at some fashion community website like lookbook.nu, style.com, pinterest, or even those fashion bloggers who blog about their daily look. I do it all the time just to draw some inspiration and trust me this really helps make the most out of my old pieces! Sometimes you just have to put every piece together in order to see if all layers compliment each other perfectly. Yes, it takes courage and time but it wroth trying!

Anyhow, I would say constructing a layered look absolutely a fun clever way to freshen up anybody's wardrobe and challenges your creativity which allows you to restyle your old clothes or  something you forgot you even had and mix them up in new unexpected ways!

 My today's layered look inspired by Prada runway fall 2013 collection. I am wearing zara camel cardigan under a belted blue tie dye dress, one side asymmetrically falling lower to the floor, worn with Melissa navy wedges with double row of stud embellishments.

In June

 

I've been obsessed with my light yellow Keds sneakers since the first day I got it. I've been wearing this surprisingly super  comfy and versatile Keds 4 days in a roll! Told you!! I am obsessed!! Last Saturday, I was walking and shopping all day in this sneakers with my friends who came to Bangkok just to shop! I was taking them to JJ Market, then Platinum Mall, then walking to Siam Square, then Siam Center, and then we decided to walk back from siam to St. Regis hotel!!  Can you imagine!

My friend Valerie was literally complaining a lot that she was very tired and in pain because of her uncomfy shoes that she couldn't walk anymore. And yes! She ended up changing her shoes. I remember Val was asking me if I feel tired after walking all day...Surprisingly, I said not at all because my shoes are very comfortable! Keds has saved my feet! Thumps up for that! Besides, the cute design and colour are what I like about Keds sneakers <3 I have been in love with all kinds of yellow and this light yellow is no exception! I feel like it can really make my entire outfits on the summer day look more fun and refreshing! Apart from the 2 easy to wear colours like black and white, yellow for me is a fun colour that can goes with almost everything!

 I have to admitted that, I used to buy shoes considering only their beautiful designs. Some of my sneakers look really pretty but when I actually wear them, they often cause a serious pain to my feet that I just ended up changing to other shoes! I once thought if my shoes are uncomfy but really pretty, I will be able to handle the pain! I was obviously wrong and stupid! God knows wearing uncomfortable shoes is a nightmare! Everyone deserves a comfy shoes!

วันนี้บีมารีวิวบอกเล่าเกี่ยวกับความประทับใจของบีกับรองเท้า Keds สีเหลืองอ่อนของ บี ที่กำลังประทับใจแบบสุดๆ ตอนได้มาแรกๆ ยังไม่กล้าใส่บ่อย เพราะโดยส่วนตัวไม่ได้เป็นคนชอบใส่ลองเท้าผ้าใบขนาดนั้น แต่ในช่วงอาทิตย์ที่ผ่านมาบีใส่รองเท้าคู่นี้ถึง 3 วันติดกัน ด้วยเหตุผลที่ว่า มันใส่สบายมากและยังใส่เข้ากับเสื้อผ้าง่ายอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ! เมื่อสุดสัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมาเพื่อนชาวต่างชาติของบีมากรุงเทพฯ 3 วัน เพื่อช้อปปิ้งโดยเฉพาะ วันเสาร์ที่ผ่านมาบีก็เลยพาเพื่อนไปช้อปแบบจัดหนัก เริ่มตั้งแต่ 10 โมงเช้าที่ เจเจ ต่อด้วยแพลทินั่มมอลล์ แล้วก็เดินกลับไปสยามฝั่งร้อน แล้วก็ข้ามไปสยามเซ็นเตอร์ จากนั้นเดินจากสยามกลับโรงแรม St. Regis!!!(ที่ไม่ขึ้นบีทีเอสเพราะคิวต่อซื้อบัตรยาวมาก!! รอไม่ไหวจริงๆ!)

เพื่อน ของบีคนนึงบ่นตลอดเวลาเดินว่า เดินไม่ไหวแล้ว เหนื่อยมาก เจ็บเท้ามาก เพราะรองเท้าใส่ไม่สบาย จำได้ว่าเพื่อนหันมาถามว่าทำไมบีดูไม่เหนื่อยๆ เลย บีก็งงๆ ตัวเองอยู่เหมือนกันแล้วก็มองลงไปที่เท้า นึกขึ้นได้ว่าไม่เหนื่อยเพราะรองเท้าใส่สบายมาก ปกติถ้าเดินทั้งวันนานขนาดนี้บีคงปวดเท้าไปแล้ว รู้สึกตัดสินใจถูกมากที่ใส่ Keds นอกจากจะใส่สบายไม่เจ็บขาแล้ว บียังชอบดีไซน์แล้วก็สีของรองเท้ามากๆ อีกด้วย โดยส่วนตัวบีเป็นชอบสีเหลืองทุกเฉด ซึ่งรองเท้าสีเหลืองอ่อนของ Keds ก็โดนใจบีแบบสุดๆ  ไม่รู้ว่ามีใครรู้สึกเหมือนบีบ้างรึเปล่าว่า จริงๆแล้ว สีเหลืองเป็นอีกสีนึงที่ เติมความสนุกผสมความสดชื่นให้กับทุกลุคได้เป็นอย่างดี นอกจากสีดำกับสีขาวที่ใส่เข้าง่ายกับทุกสิ่ง สีเหลืองก็ใส่เข้าได้กับทุกสิ่งไม่แพ้กัน อันนี้วัดจากที่บีใส่เสื้อผ้าหลากหลายลุค แมทช์กับรองเท้าสีเหลืองอ่อนคู่นี้เป็นเวลาหลายวัน แล้วมันก็ดูเข้ากันดี ;)

เพื่อนๆ มีรองเท้าคู่โปรดที่ใส่สบายเป็นประจำกันบ้างรึเปล่าค่ะ?

Weekend Getaway

I'm posting these picture from my weekend getaway to Ratchaburi, Thailand. I went there with my  sisters and a bunch of her friends. We spent most of the time helping my sister's friend P' Un and her husband to be P' Nueng shoot there pre-wedding photos at La Toscana Resort where we were staying. The pre-wedding photo shoot was fun but the weather is incredibly hot hot hot! I would recommend to visit La Toscana Resort in colder season as you will be able to walk outside without sweating ;) If you love Italy, you will probably love this small Italian country style village with beautiful landscape
