I just received this very versatile grid see through top from Zaful and love it a lot. This wardrobe staple with breezy fabric is a perfect reason to wear layers in summer.

I wore see through top under light weight slip dress and teamed them up with Greyhound Original structured 2-tone maxi skirt. Amped up this summer layering outfit with Japanese inspired statement embroidered Obi belt and Dr. Martens floral print shoes for casual look and daytime appropriate or switch them out for a pair of strappy heels for evening party. 1. เลือกเนื้อผ้าที่บางเบาอย่างพวกเสื้อซีทรู ลมผ่านง่ายเหมาะกับอากาศเมืองไทย

2. หาเดรสสายเดี่ยวหรือเบลเซอร์แขนกุดมาใส่ทับเพื่อเพิ่มลูกเล่นและมิติให้กับลุค

3. สำหรับคนที่ชอบใส่เสื้อผ้ามากกว่า 2 ชิ้นแนะนำให้หากระโปรงหรือกางเกงที่สีแมชท์เข้ากับลวดลายหรือสีเสื้อผ้าท่อนบนจะทำให้ทั้งชุดดูลงตัว

How I feel about fashion

6 ปีมาแล้วตั้งแต่เริ่มทำบล็อก จะว่าไปบล็อก Style Voyage ของบี จริงๆ มีจุดเริ่มต้นมาจากการอยากเข้ามาทำงานนสายแฟชั่นในประเทศไทย แต่ไม่ได้เรียนด้านนี้มาโดยตรงแล้วก็ไม่ได้รู้จักหรือมีเส้นสายกับใครในวงการนี้เลยสักคน มันเป็นพลังความรักแฟชั่นและสไตล์ที่สะสมมาตั้งแต่เด็กล้วนๆ ก็เลยพยายามหาพื้นที่เล็กๆ ที่เราสามารถมีอิสระในการถ่ายทอดความคิดสร้างสรรค์กับสไตล์ที่เป็นตัวเรา หลักๆ ผ่านการแชร์ภาพสไตล์การแต่งตัวของตัวเองในแต่ละวัน สำหรับบีชอบแต่งตัวไม่ใช่เรื่องไร้สาระหรือฉาบฉวยมันทำให้เรามีความมั่นใจขึ้นและถ่ายทอดความเป็นตัวของตัวเองได้มากขึ้น เป็นการเสริมสร้างบุคลิกที่ดีให้กับตัวเราเองและผู้คนที่พบเห็น ไม่ได้ไปทำให้ใครเดือดร้อนแถมยังสร้างความสวยงามให้โลกของเราอีกด้วย แฟชั่นไม่ได้ฟังดูไร้สาระไปซะทุกอย่างหากเรารู้จักเสพสินค้าเหล่านี้ให้ถูกหลักเเละเหมาะสมกับตัวเรา ไม่จำเป็นต้องใส่เสื้อผ้าหรูหราตามกระแสแฟชั่นตลอดเวลา แต่เน้นเป็นการนำเสื้อผ้าที่เก็บอยู่ในตู้กลับมาใส่ใหม่ด้วยการมิกซ์เเอนด์แมชท์ทั้งเสื้อผ้าใหม่และเสื้อผ้าเก่ารวมกัน ลองอะไรใหม่ๆ อยู่เสมอ เอาผ้าพันคอมาผูกเป็นเสื้อเป็นเข็มขัด เอาเสื้อเชิ้ตมาใส่กลับด้านเกิดเป็นลุคใหม่ขึ้นมา ยิ่งลองอะไรใหม่ๆ เราก็จะรู้จักวิธีใช้เงินให้เหมาะสมในการซื้อเสื้อผ้าและของแฟชั่นเช่นเลือกซื้อของที่เรามองว่านำกลับใช้หรือสวมใส่ได้อีกบ่อยๆ แทนที่จะวิ่งตามกระแสเห็นดาราคนนู้นใช้คนนี้ใช้แล้วต้องมีบ้าง จนหลายคนต้องหมดเงินที่หามาแทบตายกับการซื้อเสื้อผ้าราคาแพง สุดท้ายเอากลับมาใส่ได้แค่ครั้งเดียว เสียดายเงินค่ะพูดเลย

ว่าแล้วก็ลงลึกไปถึงเรื่องที่ว่าหลายคนมองว่าของแบรนด์เสื้อผ้าแฟชั่นเป็นเรื่องดูไร้สาระ กลายเป็นว่าคนที่รักแฟชั่นการแต่งตัวดูหมกหมุ่นอยู่กับแค่ความสวยงามไปวันๆ มันก็แล้วแต่คนจะคิดไม่มีอะไรผิดไม่มีอะไรถูก แต่สำหรับคนที่รักและเสพแฟชั่นจริงจัง "สินค้าแฟชั่น" หรือ "แบรนด์เนม" มันมีแก่นสารและน่าหลงไหลมากกว่าแค่คำว่าสวยงาม "สวยงาม" อย่างเดียวมันฉาบฉวยมองไปสักพักก็ต้องเบื่อ แต่อยากให้มาโฟกัสศึกษาและเสพคุณค่าที่แท้จริงของวงการแฟชั่น ตั้งแต่เบื่้องหลังการผลิตจนถึงการวางจำหน่ายและโปรโมท แบรนด์เสื้อผ้าแฟชั่นหรูที่หลายคนเก็บเงินเป็นเดือนๆ เพื่อให้ได้เป็นเจ้าของ มันมีคุณค่ามากกว่าคำว่าหรูหราไฮโซ มันคือ "ศิลปะ" ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ที่ถ่ายทอดออกมาบนผืนผ้า ต้องอาศัยไอเดีย ฝีมือและความชำนาญ กว่าจะได้ชุดหนึ่งชุดออกมาวางจำหน่ายไม่ใช่เรื่องง่าย บางครั้งต้องตัดเย็บอยู่หลายชั่วโมงหรือเป็นวัน เพื่อให้เสื้อผ้าออกมาเนียบที่สุด เพราะฉะนั้นสินค้าแฟชั่นหรูถึงได้มีราคาสูง และก็ต้องอาศัยมาร์เก็ตติ้งเป็นกระบอกเสียงในการช่วยโปรโมทให้ผู้คนเห็นถึงคุณค่าที่แท้จริงของสินค้าที่ผ่านกระบวนการดีไซน์และผลิตด้วยความพิถีพิถันเหล่านี้ ทั้งยังกระตุ้นความรู้สึกให้อยากจับจ่ายสินค้ามาครอบครอง มันเป็นวัฎจักรของแวดวงธุระกิจ เพื่อการร่วมกันสนับสนุนอนุรักษ์พลังศิลปะและความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในอุตสาหกรรมแฟชั่นให้ยังคงดำเนินกิจการต่อไปได้ บีไม่มีเจตนาเขียนเพื่อโปรโมทให้คนหันมาบ้าซื้อของแฟชั่นแบรนด์เนม เพราะตัวบีเองถึงจะทำงานอยู่ในวงการนี้ก็ไม่ได้มีกำลังซื้อสินค้าแบรนด์เนมได้ตลอดเวลา อย่างที่บอกไปก่อนหน้านี้ ทุกสิ่งทุกอย่างอยู่ที่เราเลือก เลือกอย่างชาญฉลาด เลือกในสิ่งที่ทำให้เราแฮปปี้และไม่ไปเดือดร้อนใครดีที่สุด ที่พูดมาทั้งหมดอยากให้คนที่อาจจะไม่ได้เสพแฟชั่น ได้เข้าถึงความคิดของคนเสพแฟชั่น สุดท้ายอยากบอกทุกคนว่าหากคุณชอบอะไรสักอย่าง อย่าหลงเสพสิ่งเหล่านั้นเพียงแค่รูปลักษณ์ผิวเผิน แต่อยากให้ค้นคว้าศึกษาให้ครบรอบด้านและเข้าถึงแก่นแท้ แล้วคุณจะรู้ว่าหลายๆ อย่างในโลกนี้มีค่ากว่าที่เราเห็นเพียงภายนอก

In the Alley

 I wore this outfit over the weekend. Love this bright blue lace blouse from Pomelo. I bought it a while ago and worn it many times, but this is actually the first time the blouse appears on this blog. Lace blouse looks perfect underneath simple black slip dress. It's a perfect layering piece every woman should have. My boyfriend took these photos for me. I have to give him credit as he managed to quickly capture a few nice photos before the camera ran out of battery.

A lesson in florals

Since Scottish print-based fashion designer Jonathan Saunders has been named the new Creative Director for Diane von Furstenberg. He has been injecting a great balance between modern yet effortless designs with vibrant colors and prints which are DVF brand identity and still putting women at the center of every collection. There're wide variety of styles and lengths, from classic wrap dresses with new twist to midi skirt, perfect for women of all ages.

I have to say Jonathan Saunders's design really get me excited and want to play dress up. He also inspired me to style this playful print on print look from his debut SS17 collection at DVF. Teaming floral printed sleeveless blouse with beautiful twirl-worthy maxi-skirt and elevating print on print look, using beautiful silk scarf as a belt.

Summer layering: shirt dress & sheer blouse

There's nothing wrong to wear basic summer apparels like t-shirt and a pair of shorts during the hottest time of the year, but if your want to have fun and look more stylish this summer.You might want to try summer layering. It's very tricky to wear many layers and not widely accepted in a boiling hot country as many people think it will make their body look bigger and not very comfortable but that doesn't mean it's inappropriate to wear layers in summer if you know how to pull it off without overheating.

Recently, there're many international designers like DVF, Marni, Maxmara, Phillip lim and more started to combine winter silhouettes with airy fabrics in their designs to better fit global customers needs. This allows people especially who live in a hot countries to be more creative in styling different summer looks. Besides, summer layering trend is becoming more acceptable in Bangkok fashion scene. You can see fashionable women wearing slip dress over simple tank top walking down the street and that is the easiest summer layering look anyone can try. For a more advance approach, try opt for lightweight and breathable fabrics in winter silhouette like turtle neck sheer blouse. Feels free to take this look as an example. I am wearing white long sleeves sheer blouse under this lightweight oversized shirt dress, unbutton the 3 top buttons and wear it a little bit off the shoulder. Just let some part of the sheer blouse peek through for a cool contrast.
